Wakefield AFC is pleased to announce that Nuffield Health Gym will be continuing its partnership with the club for the 2021/22 season!
Nuffield Health provides connected care spanning from personal training and health MOTs to supporting people on their fitness journeys, helping patients recover with physiotherapy or emotional well-being counselling, or providing hospital treatments for illness and serious conditions like arthritis or cancer.
Nuffield Health has a Fitness and Wellbeing Gym in Wakefield where memberships give access to the club’s fitness and well-being facilities, on-site expert services, a full timetable of classes, plus access to multiple clubs across the network, personal training, regular in-depth Health MOTs and discounts on physiotherapy, health assessments, and beauty services.
General Manager, Ian Parkin, said: “It’s important that we continue to identify local businesses to work alongside particularly when it is identified that our services can be of significant benefit. This partnership is an excellent example of how such an arrangement can work and we are delighted to continue to partner with Wakefield AFC; we remain committed to adding value to this arrangement so that the club can continue to grow and move forward both in the short and longer term.”
Commercial Manager Adam Sweeney added: “It’s great to see Nuffield continue their sponsorship of the club for another season. The partnership will see our players benefit from top-class gym and recovery facilities, which will hopefully give us the edge in the 2021/22 season. We look forward to working with the guys at Nuffield to build on our relationship and organise some events at the centre over the next twelve months.”
