The club is delighted to announce that our current training wear partner, GRW Electrical, has extended their partnership with the club for another year.
The Wakefield-based electrical contracting business will feature on all the club’s training wear and retail range for the 2021/22 season.
GRW Electrical provide expert consultancy and advice as well as a full range of installation services to companies in the commercial, industrial, and retail markets. They also contribute to the design and provision of our portable floodlights which will be used throughout the winter months for training.
Speaking on the partnership, director of GRW Electrical Karl Wallis said: “Extending our partnership with Wakefield AFC was a no brainier for GRW. To see the club’s growth over the last 12 months, with all the challenges been faced, is fantastic to see. The exciting ever-growing feel and support for this club and great City of Wakefield is something GRW are fully behind.“
Commercial Manager Adam Sweeney added: “It’s fantastic that we’ve been able to agree another year with Karl and the team at GRW Electrical. Karl has been really supportive of the club in more ways than one and we can’t thank him and the GRW team enough for their continued support into next season. It’s a partnership I’m really looking forward to working on for next year, and hopefully after that too.”
