At WAFC, we believe in fostering a welcoming environment where we all can enjoy football and deepen our connections with the local community. Our passionate and supportive fanbase plays an instrumental role in making us who we are. Without this incredible family, WAFC would simply not be the club that it strives to be.
However, it is with a heavy heart that we address certain incidents where some fans have exhibited abusive behavior towards referees. These actions not only result in serious penalties towards the club but, more crucially, are against our foundational principles as a community-oriented club.
We do not, under any circumstances, condone such behavior.
We earnestly ask those individuals to reflect on their actions and comprehend the far-reaching consequences that are shared among all of us.
